Complete a style profile that contains questions about you and your needs. This ensures we understand your requirements and work with your vision. We’ll be in touch as soon as we receive your order and help you every step of the way.

Recieve your personalised style kit within five working days. view a kit to see an outline of what you will get.

Sign up

Follow our sign up process to submit your order and become a member, or purchase a voucher for a friend. We will collect the contact and billing information and a member of our Support team will be in touch immediately. If you have any technical questions they are available to help at all times.

Complete a style profile

Once your order is accepted you'll gain access to a confidential style profile which contains questions about you and your needs. Your answers allow us to understand you, your personality, budget, lifestyle and individual taste. If we do not receive a completed profile from you within a week we will be in touch to see if you are having problems.

Your style kit

Your personal stylist will be in touch once you start your profile and you can ask them any styling questions. They will let you know if they need any extra information to ensure the style kit they create is personalised to your requirements. Your stylist will then create a style kit that is right for you in every way, providing you with colours, styles, wardrobe advice, and trend updates to help you avoid costly shopping mistakes and always look your personal best.
