How long does it take to complete a profile?

Most of our members complete their profile in sections. The measurements take the most time but you can download a hard copy sheet to help with this. If you have your measurements and photos handy it should take you no longer than 15 to 20 minutes to complete a profile.

What type of questions are in the profile?

Our profile questions are designed to give the stylist as much information as possible about you, your lifestyle and preferences. The profile has four main areas. The first requires your measurements, then it's a click and tick section on shapes, colours and budgets. You are requested to supply some photos and basic information about your lifestyle so we can ensure your kit accurately reflects you.

Is BuyStyle a confidential service?

Yes, BuyStyle operates a strict privacy policy within the team, its suppliers and web partners.

 

What happens if I don’t agree with the information in my kit?

Your kit is tailored to the responses you provide in your profile. If the information in your kit does not respond correctly to your profile answers, or you made a mistake in your profile contact BuyStyle help at administration@buystyle.com.au and a stylist will be assigned to review your kit content. You need to do this within 72 hours of receiving your kit.

What kind of style queries can BuyStyle help me with?

Presently we only have a Woman style service. This provides invaluable advice on what styles and shapes to wear for your body shape, which colours will flatter your skin tone, which of the latest styles in stores would suit you best, plus much more. View a Kit to see some examples!

I feel I have lost touch with my original style and want to rediscover my own look but I am 50 years old. Does BuyStyle work with all ages?

Yes, the BuyStyle team work with all ages, tastes and personal style queries. Our aim is to help you dress to look your personal best based on your taste and requirements, regardless of the latest fads and age.

Once I have placed an order how long will I have to wait for my style kit?

As soon as you have completed your profile, it will be sent within 5 working days. If a stylist requires more information from you to complete your kit they will contact you directly.

Will my stylist be available to help me from the very start?

Absolutely, as soon as you place your order your personal stylist will introduce themselves and be available until your kit is complete. You may also wish to stay in touch with your stylist through the Buystyle site with any further style queries.

What payment types does BuyStyle accept?

Visa, Mastercard

 

Are the BuyStyle team available to do one on one styling face to face?

Yes. This service is currently only available for Women in the Melbourne City and surrounding areas. For more information contact help@buystyle.com.au

Can I get updates for my kit?

Most of the information in your kit is timeless. Check out our other services for seasonal updates and details of our other fantastic services.
